General Terms and Conditions
The prices, shipment costs and taxes specified on the website are in AUD ($).
All orders must be paid in advance. If you are ordering multiple items please contact us to arrange for combined shipping costs.
The colours, materials, sizes and finish of all information, models and images are only intended as an indication. Minor deviations from this cannot be grounds for rejection, a discount, compensation or annulment of the agreement.

Shipping and delivery
The goods will be dispatched no later than 2 working days from the time the order is processed.
Postage and delivery are arranged through Australia Post. Please allow 3-10 working days from the time the order is sent out to delivery.
Orders will be sent either via regular or registered post depending on the value of the order.

Returns and refunds
We are happy to accept items for exchange or refund within thirty days of receiving your order providing that:
     • the product is unused and not damaged;
     • is still in its original packaging;
     • proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided;
If you received an incorrect or defective product please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time up to the end of the second working day from the date the order was placed, providing the item/s have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order please notify us in writing to [email protected].
